Order Status
When can I expect to receive my order?
  You can typically expect to receive your custom built golf clubs within about 7-10 business days from when the order was place, sometimes a few days sooner and sometimes a few days longer. Please understand that every single item that we sell, whether it's a driver, set of irons, putter, or even a single wedge, is custom built to the specs that you requested at the time you placed your order. And since everything needs to be hand made when ordered, the delivery time can vary depending on what time of year it is and how busy we are. During the spring & summer when we are the busiest it will usually be towards the longer end of that time frame, and in the fall & winter a little sooner.

If you would like to check the status of your order at any time just click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.  While an order is being built and/or prepared for shipping it will be listed as "In Processing" and once an order has shipped it will be marked as "Shipped". You will also receive an email notice with a UPS tracking number when the order is shipped out to let you know it's on the way and it will give you an anticipated delivery date. Please understand that the we have no control over a package once it leaves our facility, and while UPS does boast a 99.5% on-time delivery rate sometimes an order can get mishandled and therefore delayed beyond the original anticipated delivery date.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
