How do I return an item?
We stand so strongly behind the quality of our clubs that we offer the strongest money back guarantee in the golf industry - we give you a full 30-Day return period so you can make sure that you like the clubs! Take them to the driving range, play a few rounds of golf with them, and if for any reason you aren't happy with them you can return the clubs within 30 days of when you received them for a full 100% refund (minus shipping). There are absolutely no hidden charges or re-stocking fees; this just a good ol' fashioned 100% money back guarantee.
Another option, if you aren't happy with the set that you purchase, is that you can exchange them within 30 days if you decide that you would prefer a different set of clubs. We offer this incredible guarantee because we know that buying clubs on the internet can be a difficult process since you don't actually get to hit the clubs before buying them, and we want you to feel comfortable in knowing that you can return them if they don't work for you. Beware of others that charge 20% or more in restocking fees on returns! Please note that once you exchange a set of clubs for a different set, there is no return or exchange policy on that new set, aside from exchanging them back for the original set that you ordered. It's unfortunate, but we need to have this rule in place to avoid abuse of the return/exchange policy.
Keep in mind that it does usually take a while to adjust to a new set of clubs, so make sure you give them plenty of time when you receive them and give yourself a chance to get adjusted to them. PLEASE NOTE: This 30-Day playability return/exchange policy applies to orders place online ONLY. Any golf clubs which are purchased in person at our showroom are only eligible for a 30-day return/exchange if they have not yet been hit. The reason for this is because when you come into our showroom you get to see and handle the clubs in person, and you can even hit as many demo clubs as you want to see which clubs you like best. And then once you pick out a club we take as much time as necessary, sometimes up to an hour or more, to work with you and get the set properly fitted to you and your swing. And for this reason, all sales placed at our local showroom are final. That's not to say that we won't work with you on adjusting the length or grip size if what you ordered ends up not feeling comfortable to you, but you aren't able to return the clubs or exchange them. The reason we offer a return policy for online orders is because placing an order online can often times be difficult due to the fact that you can't see, touch, feel or swing the clubs before buying. Also, many customers don't know exactly what they need and therefore the clubs might now always be set up perfectly for you when you order them online. And for this reason we offer online customers the reassurance of being able to return or exchange the clubs if they end up not working out for them.
